The Body Shop’s Sustainable Assurance Manager to speak at Logistics Manager’s Sustainable Supply Chain Conference

Esther Tsang, Scope 3 NetZero & Sustainable Assurance Manager at The Body Shop, will be speaking at Logistics Manager’s Sustainable Supply Chain Conference in London on 10 May 2023.

She will be discussing the pathway to reaching sustainability targets, using The Body Shop as a case study. Her presentation will discuss The Body Shop’s sustainability goals as well as the strategies in place and the challenges it faces in achieving these targets.

With over 15 years of experience in global supply chains, Tsang has implemented sustainability and responsible sourcing programs across multiple industries and has extensive knowledge of the Asian supply chain.

She has a passion for human rights and creating positive social and environmental impacts. She has held various positions in Natura &Co Group, worked for McDonald’s and La-Z-Boy, and is an elected Member Director on the SEDEX Board.

The conference is a one-day face-to-face event which highlights the untapped opportunity of supply chain decarbonisation in international climate action while also covering how having sustainability at the very core of businesses and their strategies can influence the bottom line.

The event offers attendees a total of five CPD hours – accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport – to keep up with their professional development, as well as invaluable insight from experts in the world of supply chain sustainability and networking opportunities.
